The-P Digital Studio ("the App") is a desktop application that runs entirely on your local computer. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

None. The App does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. All data processing happens locally on your machine.

Your data files (CSV, Excel, JSON) are processed locally and never uploaded anywhere
Dashboards, layouts, and projects are saved to your local AppData folder
License keys are validated locally — no server calls are made

2. Data Storage

The App stores the following locally on your computer:

Saved layouts — dashboard configurations in %APPDATA%\ThePDigitalStudio\
Projects — multi-file project definitions
License key — your activation key file
Uploaded logos — report header images

You can delete all stored data by removing the ThePDigitalStudio folder from your AppData directory.

3. Third-Party Services

The App loads the following external resources for chart rendering:

Highcharts (via cdn.jsdelivr.net) — for interactive charts
Font Awesome (via cdnjs.cloudflare.com) — for UI icons

These CDN providers may log standard HTTP request data (IP address, browser type). We have no control over their data practices. See their respective privacy policies for details.

4. No Analytics or Tracking

The App does not include any analytics, telemetry, crash reporting, or tracking of any kind. We do not know who uses the App or how it is used.

5. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
